Bihar Vidhan Parishad (BVP), Government of Bihar, has released the Final Result on the official website for the recruitment of Personal Assistant, DEO, LDC & Stenographer Posts. The Exam was conducted on 10 May 2026, The Bihar Vidhan Parishad application process started on 28 November 2025, and candidates were able to submit their applications until 05 January 2026. | Personal Assistant (PA) | Candidate must have a graduate with Hindi Stenography speed of 100 w.p.m. and Hindi/English typing speed of 30 w.p.m. A computer certificate from AICTE/DOEACC/NIELIT or ‘O’ Level is desirable. The pay scale is Level-07 (₹44,900–1,42,400). |
| Data Entry Operator DEO | Candidate must have Intermediate (10+2) qualification with a typing speed of 8000 key-depressions per hour. A computer certificate like ADCA or one from AICTE/DOEACC/NIELIT (‘O’ Level) is desirable. The pay scale is Level-04 (₹25,500–81,100). |
| Lower Division Clerk (LDC) | Candidate must have Intermediate (10+2) qualification with Hindi/English typing speed of 30 w.p.m. A computer certificate from AICTE/DOEACC/NIELIT or ‘O’ Level is desirable. The pay scale is Level-02 (₹19,900–63,200). |
| Stenographer | Candidate must have Graduate with Hindi Stenography speed of 80 w.p.m. and Hindi/English typing speed of 30 w.p.m. A computer certificate from AICTE/DOEACC/NIELIT or ‘O’ Level is desirable. The pay scale is Level-04 (₹25,500–81,100). |
