Staff Selection Commission (SSC), has released a Notification on its official website for the recruitment of the Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police and Central Armed Police Forces CAPF Posts. This recruitment is for 1871 positions. The SSC application form has started on 10 September 2026, and candidates can apply until 30 September 2026. | SSC CPO SI | 1871 | Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or equivalent for Sub Inspector in Delhi Police and Sub Inspector (GD) in CAPFs. Candidates appearing in the final year of their Bachelor’s degree may also apply, provided they obtain the required qualification on or before the application closing date. For Sub Inspector (Fire), candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Science with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, or Matriculation (10th) with a 3-year Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Automobile, Chemical, Mining, Aeronautical, Telecommunication Engineering, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university/board/institution. Higher qualifications such as B.Tech/M.Tech in relevant fields are also acceptable, provided the basic Diploma qualification is possessed. |
