Co-Operative Institutional Service Board (UPCISB), has released the Admit Card on the official website for the recruitment of Manager, Junior Manager, Assistant/ Cashier (Banking Assistant/Clerical Staff), Assistant/Typist & Assistant Engineer (Civil) in Combined Co-operative Banking and Technical Services Posts. The exam will be conducted on 07 – 08 September 2026. and the last date to submit the application form was 15 April 2026. | Manager | Candidates must have either a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or a Bachelor’s Degree with Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics with at least 55% marks along with basic computer knowledge (O Level or equivalent), or a B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science or IT, BCA, or MCA with minimum 55% marks, or a BBA / MBA in Banking, Finance, or HR or a full-time PGDM in Banking, Finance, or HR from a recognized institution. |
| Junior Manager | Candidates must have either a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or a Bachelor’s Degree with Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics with at least 55% marks along with basic computer knowledge (O Level or equivalent), or a B.Tech / B.E. (CS/IT), BCA, or MCA with minimum 55% marks, or a BBA / MBA in Banking, Finance, or HR or a full-time PGDM in Banking, Finance, or HR from a recognized institution. |
| Assistant/ Cashier (Banking Assistant/Clerical Staff) | Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 55% marks from any recognized university or institution established by law in India, along with a minimum CCC certificate in computer, which is mandatory. |
| Assistant/Typist | Candidates must have a Graduation degree from a recognized university or institute established by law in India, along with typing speed of 30 words per minute in Hindi and 40 words per minute in English. Additionally, a minimum CCC certificate in computer is mandatory. |
| Assistant Engineer (Civil) | Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university or institution established by law in India, or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Government. |
